House Rules:


Guests are required to sign a rental agreement for longer stays and provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

No pets. No smoking.

Only guests on reservation are permitted on the premises.

No loud music. No parties or events of any kind without prior approval from the host. Keep the noise down such that it does not disturb the neighboring units. Quiet Hours are 10:00PM - 6:00AM.

No smoking anywhere in the building or on the premises. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, then you will be charged a $500 dollar fee and professional odor removal. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Please do not flush wipes or anything down the drains besides toilet paper.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
